We are excited to invite you to our New Homeowner HOA 101 Workshop on Wednesday, October 29th from 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM.

This short virtual session is a great opportunity for homeowners, especially new resident, to learn more about your Homeowners Association, including:

• What the HOA is and how it operates
• The role of the Board and management company
• How assessments are used to maintain and improve the community
• How to submit modification requests (ACC forms)
• Ways to stay connected and get involved

Please note, this is not the Annual Meeting, but rather an informal and informative workshop designed to help you better understand your community and ask general questions.

The Bylaws state that to hold a meeting and conduct business of the Association, there must be a quorum present. A quorum is the number of homes represented either in person or by proxy. A proxy is a written instrument, signed by the member, which duly appoints the member’s voting rights and attendance. The quorum required to hold a meeting is ten percent (10%) of lot owners. If the quorum for the annual meeting is not met, the Association will not be able to conduct any Association business, and will incur additional expenses to recall, reschedule and re-notice the annual meeting.

Please take a moment to sign and return the enclosed proxy, even if you plan to attend, as unforeseen circumstances can occur. Your attendance or proxy will help fulfill the quorum requirements.
