Pool Opening

We’re excited to announce that the Eastland Community Pool is officially scheduled to open on Saturday, June 28! Let’s get ready for a fun, safe, and relaxing pool season!

Pool Address: 2416 Canopy Court Crandall, TX 75114

Pool Hours
The pool will be open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Pool Monitor On-Site
A professional pool monitoring company will be on-site to check residents in at the entrance. Just provide your name and address, and they’ll take it from there!

Pool Rules & Acknowledgment Form
Please review the attached Pool Rules and Acknowledgment Form. One form per household must be completed and returned to:

Homeowners with Tenants
If you are renting your home, you (the homeowner) must complete and sign the acknowledgment form on behalf of your tenants. Also, please be sure to notify management if you haven’t already let us know that your home is tenant-occupied.

Access Requirements
To enjoy the pool this summer, homeowners must be in good standing, meaning:
• You’ve paid your 2025 HOA assessment, OR
• You’re on an active payment plan and are making regular payments.

Delinquent accounts will not have pool access.If you're behind, don’t worry, you can still reach out to kelsey@legacyswhoa.com to set up a payment plan and make your first payment to regain access to the amenities.

Pool Key Fob Distribution
All key fobs are currently activated. However: If your acknowledgment form is not received by Monday, July 8, your key fob will be deactivated.

We are mailing out the fobs by alphabetical street names to keep the process organized, thank you in advance for your patience!

If you haven’t received your fob yet, no worries! The pool monitor will have a list of all verified residents. Just give your name and address, and they will grant you access.
