We hope you're enjoying your summer so far! As we welcome the warm July sunshine, we’re excited to share some updates and friendly reminders to help keep our community safe, clean, and thriving.
The Pool Is Officially Open!We’re thrilled to announce that the community pool is now open and ready for summer fun!
Location: 2416 Canopy Court (accessible off 741 & Chestnut Orchard Road)
Hours: 10 AM – 8 PM daily
Whether you're looking to relax by the water or cool off with the kids, we invite all residents to enjoy this beautiful new amenity. Please make sure to review and follow all posted pool rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Playground & Dog Park Now OpenThe playground adjacent to the pool is also open and ready for play! It's a perfect spot for little ones to explore and burn off some energy.
And for our four-legged family members, the dog park is now open as well! We kindly remind pet owners to:
• Always clean up after your pets
• Use the waste stations and trash bins provided
• Make sure your dogs are supervised and on-leash when not inside the designated off-leash area
Let’s work together to keep these new amenities clean and enjoyable for all!
Community Parking ReminderAs a reminder, Eastland is a residential community, and we ask that all residents refrain from parking 18-wheelers, commercial trailers, or oversized vehicles on community streets or in driveways for extended periods.
Our compliance team has noted an increase in these types of vehicles throughout the neighborhood, and we ask for your cooperation to help preserve the appearance, safety, and traffic flow within the community.
Community Reminders & Tips• Trash & Recycle Bins: Please place your bins out no earlier than the night before pickup and remove them promptly after service.
• Exterior Modifications: Planning a project? All exterior changes must be approved by the Architectural Control Committee (ACC). Contact management to start the process.
• Stay Connected: Keep your contact information updated with management to receive important notices and community updates.
