Fall is here! The cooler weather and colorful leaves make this a wonderful time of year to enjoy our community. As we settle into the season, we’d like to share a few updates and reminders to help everyone stay informed and connected.
New Homeowner HOA 101 Workshop
We’re excited to announce a Virtual New Homeowner HOA 101 Workshop on
Wednesday, October 29th, from 6:30 PM – 7:15 PM.
This short and informative session will cover how your HOA operates, community guidelines, and how to stay involved.

Friendly Fall Reminders• Yard Maintenance: Keep lawns neat and clear of leaves and debris.
• Holiday Décor: Seasonal and Halloween decorations are welcome! Please ensure décor is tasteful and removed shortly after the holiday.
• Trash & Recycling: Store bins out of public view except on collection days.
• Pet Etiquette: Be considerate by cleaning up after pets and keeping them leashed while outdoors.
• Home Improvements: Planning exterior changes? Submit an ACC request form for review before starting any projects.
