2025 Assessment Increase

We hope this message finds you well. We have received numerous calls and emails from homeowners regarding the assessment increase for 2025, particularly concerns related to the lack of completed amenities at this time.

Please understand that the Board of Directors has made this decision with the long-term financial stability of the association in mind. The assessment increase ensures the community is adequately funded to address ongoing maintenance, operational needs, and future enhancements as the development progresses.

We acknowledge your concerns and appreciate your patience as the community continues to grow and evolve. During the upcoming annual meeting in January, we will provide detailed information about the state of the community, the association’s financial goals, and how HOA assessments are allocated.

We encourage all homeowners to attend the meeting, as it will be an excellent opportunity to address questions, gain insight, and stay informed. Further details regarding the meeting will be sent out in advance.
