Welcoming the Season with Fresh Starts and Friendly Reminders
Spring has sprung! As we enjoy longer days, blooming flowers, and more time outdoors, the HOA would like to share a few seasonal reminders and community updates to help keep Eastland beautiful, safe, and enjoyable for all.
Lawn Care & Property Maintenance
Now is the perfect time to freshen up your lawn and landscaping! Please ensure grass is mowed regularly, weeds are removed, and front yards remain well-maintained. This helps keep our neighborhood looking vibrant and welcoming.
Be a Good Neighbor: Noise & Pet Courtesy
• Please be mindful of noise levels, particularly during early mornings and late evenings.
• When walking your pets, remember to clean up after them. Let’s keep our common areas clean and enjoyable for all!
Exterior Modifications & Landscaping Projects
Planning to upgrade your landscaping or make any changes to the exterior of your home (paint, fencing, additions, etc.)?
0All exterior changes must be submitted to the HOA via an ACC (Architectural Control Committee) request form and receive approval before any work begins.
This ensures consistency and protects the integrity of our community.
Amenity Center Update
We’re excited to announce that The Arbors at Eastland Amenity Center will be opening soon! This new addition will include a large pool, outdoor cooking patio, playground, and two fenced sport courts. Stay tuned for more information on the official opening date and how to access the facility.
Spring Safety Tips
• Watch for increased pedestrian activity, especially children playing outside.
• Check your outdoor lighting and address any needed repairs.
• Report any safety concerns to HOA management promptly.
