Summer is officially here, and we’re excited to share a few important updates and helpful tips to kick off the season!
🏊 Community Pool Update – Nearing Completion!
We are pleased to announce that The Arbors at Eastland Community Pool is in the final stages of completion! Management is scheduled to conduct a final walk-through with the developer in the coming week. Once the walk-through is complete and all systems are confirmed ready, we will notify homeowners with the official grand opening date.When the pool is ready to open, residents will receive detailed information including:
• Pool rules and expectations
• How to obtain your key fob
• Guest guidelines and operating hours
We appreciate your patience and are just as excited as you are to enjoy this new amenity!
🌿 Helpful Reminders for June
• Stay Hydrated & Practice Sun Safety: As temperatures rise, make sure to drink plenty of water and wear sunscreen, especially for outdoor activities.
• Keep Grass & Landscaping Neat: Let’s keep our community looking its best! Please ensure lawns are maintained and trash bins are stored out of street view.
• Watch for Children at Play: With schools out for summer, children may be outside more often. Please drive slowly and remain alert while driving through the neighborhood.
• Pet Etiquette: Please clean up after your pets and keep them leashed when outside. Pet waste stations are available throughout the community for your convenience.
