Pool Update

We would like to provide some clarification regarding the opening timeline of the Eastland main amenity and pool, as well as why the Arbors of Eastland pool opened first.

The Eastland main amenity is located in Phase 3B of the Eastland community. It was intentionally planned for this phase so it could be centrally located and easily accessible to all future homeowners. Eastland is expected to have eight total phases upon full completion.

The amenity and pool in Phase 3B could not be constructed until the required infrastructure was in place and all necessary approvals were received from the City.

In comparison, the Arbors of Eastland pool is located in Phase 2, and since Arbors only includes three phases total, the infrastructure and city approvals were completed much earlier, allowing that pool to open first.

For your reference, we have attached the concept plans for both Eastland and Arbors of Eastland.
