As a new school year begins, we’d like to take a moment to remind everyone about a few important updates and guidelines to keep our community safe, welcoming, and enjoyable for all.
School Zone & Traffic Safety• Please drive slowly and remain alert for children walking or biking to and from school.
• Watch carefully at crosswalks and bus stops.
• Avoid parking near intersections or blocking school bus access points.
Parking Courtesy• Do not block driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants.
• If parking on the street, please park in the direction of traffic to help keep roads clear and safe.
Neighborhood Awareness• Keep pets on leashes and clean up after them, especially near school walking routes.
• Be mindful of noise during early mornings and evenings as families adjust to new routines.
Community Spirit• Take a moment to welcome new neighbors who may be joining our community this school year.
• Consider lending a helping hand, whether watching out for kids walking home, sharing back-to-school supplies, or supporting community events.
Pool Updates & Reminders• We’re excited to share that new pool furniture with shade has arrived! We hope this makes your pool visits even more enjoyable.
• Please remember to straighten up after yourself at the pool so all residents can enjoy a clean and pleasant space.
