Internet Service Interruption Update

On behalf of Hotwire Fision, they would like to extend their sincere apologies for the recent service interruption that occurred on Tuesday, August 19th, beginning at approximately 3:36 PM. We understand the inconvenience this may have caused you and your household.

The interruption was the result of significant fiber line damage. Hotwires teams were dispatched immediately; however, due to the extent of the damage, the repairs were more complex and time-consuming than originally anticipated.

We are pleased to confirm that service was fully restored to all impacted customers by approximately 4:07 AM this morning.
