As September is here, we hope everyone is enjoying the final weeks of summer! We have a few important updates and friendly reminders for the month:

Pool Season:

The pool season is winding down, and the last day of the pool season will be Sunday, September 28. We thank everyone for a fantastic season and for helping make the pool a fun and safe place for all residents.

End of Summer Event:

We are excited to announce an End of Summer Event at the Arbors at Eastland Pool! Keep an eye on your inbox for a separate email with all the event details, we hope you can join us for some fun before summer officially ends.

Fall Friendly Reminders:

• Please begin preparing your homes and yards for fall. Leaf cleanup, seasonal landscaping, and general maintenance help keep our community beautiful.
• Make sure to follow community guidelines for trash, parking, and common area use.

HOA Requests & Questions:
