As we move into the holiday season, we hope everyone is enjoying the cooler weather and taking time to prepare for the busy months ahead. Below are a few important updates and helpful seasonal reminders from your HOA and management team.

Management is currently in the process of planning a December social event for the community. More details will be sent out soon, so please keep an eye on your email, the community portal, and signage throughout the neighborhood for updates. We look forward to celebrating the season with you!

• Holiday Decorations
Residents are welcome to begin placing holiday décor.
• Lawn & Landscaping Tips
This is a great time to trim back fall growth, clear leaves from gutters, and prepare plants for colder temperatures.
• Irrigation
As we enter cooler months, consider reducing irrigation schedules to prevent overwatering and freezing issues overnight.
• Safety Check
Shorter days mean more time spent driving after dark. Please be mindful of pedestrians, children, and pets in the neighborhood.

Please ensure bins are placed out only on designated collection days and stored out of sight afterward to help maintain the community’s appearance.
